Things to consider

Before placing your order you should confirm that all:

  • items you intend to purchase will fit in the area you have selected for it; and
  • doors, stairwells and other entrance ways (including lifts) are wide enough to allow for access
  • it is Pots WA’s sole discretion the cost of Delivery is either included in the price or is in addition to the price.
  • full payment of goods is due prior to delivery or Click and Collect pick up.

Delivery Information

  • “Seller” means Pots WA, which is the seller of the Goods.
  • “Buyer” means the purchaser of the Goods.
  • “Goods” means the products purchased on this website
  1. Delivery is based on a door to door (drop off only), Monday to Friday. This means that deliveries are made to the front door only. After hours may incur and additional charge. Further charges will apply for unwrapping and placement of the Goods or the movement of goods through the property e.g. through stairs. This needs to be organised prior to delivery also.
  2. Any deliveries that have any steps (stairs) will require an additional driver to attend the drop off and this will incur additional costs. Please disclose on purchase if there is any accessibility hindrances to the front door access. Eg. Stairs, steps, narrow pathway, gates, no parking bays, construction etc.
  3. Delivery of products requested by the Buyer will be delivered to the nominated shipping address that the Buyer has nominated. The delivery fee is determined by either the weight or dimension and the destination. Contracted delivery agents will be nominated by the Seller to deliver the product/s.
  4. Delivery charges are based “per order”. If your order is oversized or outside Perth, Western Australian metropolitan area, it will be priced on application.
  5. Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address. Undeliverable products due to the incorrect delivery address will incur a re-dispatch fee. Original freight charges are non-refundable.
  6. Specific delivery days requested, the seller will endeavour to meet, however due to our high volume of deliveries it is not possible to request specific times. The nominated date may need to be adjusted. In this event the seller will contact the buyer to re-arrange a new time.
  7. Delivery time takes up to 10 working (business) days, excluding public holidays, from the date your payment is received, except by prior arrangement for after-hours delivery. Every reasonable effort to deliver the product to the buyer within the estimated delivery timed indicated on the order confirmation. However, the Seller does not guaranteed that this delivery time frame will be met. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass onto the Buyer upon delivery.

  9. Contactless delivery includes delivery to the buyers nominated address with no face to face contact. The driver will follow any regulations needed to allow safe operations.

Click & Collect

Did you know you can shop online in the comfort of your own home, and pick your product up from your preferred store for free?

  1. Simply choose Click & Collect when you make your online purchase, then sit back and let us prepare your order for you. Your nominated store will be in contact inside 24 hours to organise collection.
  2. From time to time, for various reasons, it may not be possible to collect your item immediately. Our friendly sales team will advise you of any delays on any items when they contact you.
  3. Please note, you must supply your own appropriate transport for any Click & Collect purchase. Pots WA is unable to supply any strapping, rope, or protective coverings for transporting of Click & Collect purchases.
  4. In the event the Customer uses their own transportation for Delivery of the Goods, Pots WA is not viable for any claims against defects/damages to the Goods as a result of Delivery.

Defects and Returns

  1. The Customer must inspect the Goods on Delivery and must notify Pots WA within 24 hours of acceptance of Goods in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage, or failure to comply with the description or quote.
  2. If the Customer fails to advise the Company in writing of any matter referred to within 24 hours of Delivery, the customer is deemed to have accepted the Goods are not faulty and accord to the Customer’s order.
  3. Pots WA does not offer an ongoing warranty once the pots (Goods) are installed. This is due to the nature of the pots (Goods) and the exposure to the elements, plants, soil and water.
  4. Fit for purpose means that the pots (Goods) are fit to do the job, i.e. Hold soil for a plant. A pot (Goods) is still fit for purpose if it has natural deterioration or discolouration due to its use as garden pot.
  5. Pots WA does not accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds because the Customer changed their mind.
  6. Full refunds including shipping costs will be available in the instance of a major fault/defect as per Australian Consumer Law.
  7. Should a valid warranty claim be made, Pots WA is not liable for any costs associated or incurred by the customer as a result of removing & re-installation of faulty pots. An example of this would be the costs incurred by a customer to remove soil, discard of old pot, re-install new pot, re-install soil & plants.
  8. Any modifications or changes made to the pots (Goods) will automatically void all warranty. Examples of modifications include but are not limited to; bogging/filling the drainage holes, drilling additional holes, painting, cutting, filling the pot (Goods) with a layer of concrete, or using geo-fabric.
  9. Pots (Goods) are not designed to be “plumbed up”/connected directly to a drainage system such as pvc pipe. The pots (Goods) are designed to be elevated on pot feet/plastic packers to encourage the water to freely drain away. Pots (Goods) that are directly plumbed up/connected to a drainage system/pvc pipe are automatically void of all warranty.
  10. Refunds are not available on clearance items, and the customer accepts the condition the product is taken in.
